
Vanilla Protein & Berry Power Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup (45g) gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (20g) Kate Grosvenor Lifestyle Exalt Organic Madagascan Vanilla Protein Powder (or Vegan Organic Madagascan Vanilla Protein Powder)
- ½ cup (120g) 0% or 2% plain Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup (35g) blueberries
- ¼ cup (40g) strawberries, sliced
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (linseed)
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Method
- Add the oats and almond milk to a saucepan and cook over a medium heat according to the packet instructions until creamy.
- Remove from the heat and allow the oats to cool for 1–2 minutes before stirring in the protein powder until smooth.
- Spoon the oats into a bowl and top with the Greek yoghurt, blueberries and strawberries.
- Finish with the chia seeds, ground flaxseed, chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Enjoy warm.
