Chocolate Collagen Bliss Mousse

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (240g) 0% or 2% Greek yoghurt
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp Kate Grosvenor Lifestyle Cacao, Collagen & Calm
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh raspberries to serve
- Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend the Greek yoghurt, Medjool dates, Cacao, Collagen & Calm, chia seeds, vanilla and sea salt until completely smooth.
- Spoon into two serving glasses.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Top with fresh raspberries and a little grated dark chocolate before serving.
NOTES
Nut-free: Suitable as written.
Extra indulgent: Add a spoonful of almond butter before blending.
