Chocolate Collagen Bliss Mousse

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (240g) 0% or 2% Greek yoghurt
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp Kate Grosvenor Lifestyle Cacao, Collagen & Calm
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh raspberries to serve
  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend the Greek yoghurt, Medjool dates, Cacao, Collagen & Calm, chia seeds, vanilla and sea salt until completely smooth.
  2. Spoon into two serving glasses.
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Top with fresh raspberries and a little grated dark chocolate before serving.

NOTES

Nut-free: Suitable as written.

Extra indulgent: Add a spoonful of almond butter before blending.
