Blueberry Collagen Porridge (Oatmeal)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 scoops Kate Grosvenor Lifestyle Premium Collagen Peptides
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (linseed)
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- Optional: a sprinkle of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to the boil over a medium-high heat. Stir in the oats, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4–5 minutes, or until the oats are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the Premium Collagen Peptides and ground flaxseed until fully combined.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with the blueberries, unsweetened shredded coconut and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if using.
NOTES
Fruit options: The blueberries can be substituted with other low-histamine fruits such as apple, mango or peach.
