Smoothing Eye Cream

Hydrating • Lightweight • Barrier Support

A soft, smoothing eye cream designed to hydrate, protect and support the delicate under-eye area.

This lightweight formula helps to maintain moisture levels while improving the appearance of tired, dehydrated skin. The result is a fresher, smoother and more comfortable eye area that feels supported throughout the day.

Description

Formulated with nourishing plant oils, aloe and hyaluronic acid, this eye cream works to replenish hydration while helping to soften the appearance of fine lines.

Ceramides and skin-conditioning ingredients support the skin barrier, helping to reduce moisture loss and improve overall skin comfort. Ideal for daily use, it leaves the eye area looking smoother, more supple and refreshed.

Why it works (especially in perimenopause)

As oestrogen declines, the skin naturally becomes thinner, drier and more prone to fine lines — particularly around the eyes.

This formula focuses on:

  • restoring hydration
  • strengthening the skin barrier
  • improving skin softness and elasticity

without overwhelming delicate or sensitive skin.

Frequently asked questions

  • 1. What is Kate Grosvenor Lifestyle?

Kate Grosvenor Lifestyle is a midlife wellbeing brand offering premium supplements, collagen and lifestyle rituals to support women through perimenopause and menopause so they feel more like themselves again

  • 2. Who are your products for?

Our products are designed for women roughly 40–60 who are navigating perimenopause or menopause and want gentle, effective support for energy, sleep, mood, hormones, skin and joints.

  • 3. Do I need to be officially diagnosed with perimenopause to use your products?

No. Many women use our products when they’re noticing changes in their cycle, sleep, mood or energy and simply suspect they’re in perimenopause. Everything is formulated to be supportive for midlife women, whether or not a doctor has used the word “perimenopause” yet.

  • 4. Are your supplements safe to take with medication?

Generally they are, yes. However, everyone’s health picture is unique, so we always recommend checking any new supplement with your GP, pharmacist or menopause specialist, especially if you’re on prescription medication or have a medical condition. You can take our product labels or website pages to your appointment to make that conversation easier.

  • 5. How do I know which product is right for me?

We always recommend starting with the perimenopause quiz available on our home page. Or, you could think about what feels loudest right now – for example, skin and joints, energy and focus, mood and anxiety, or sleep. Start with the one product that best matches your top concern, and then build a simple ritual from there; you can also email us with your age, main symptoms and current medications for a personalised suggestion.

  • 6. How long will it take before I notice a difference?

Some of our products will help you to see a difference in just a few days. Most women notice small shifts in things like energy, sleep or skin within a few weeks, but supplements and lifestyle rituals work best when they’re taken consistently over several months. Think of this as long-term support for your Renewal Years rather than a quick fix.

  • 7. Can I take your products alongside HRT?

The short answer is yes. Many women choose to use our supplements alongside HRT as part of a wider midlife wellbeing plan. Our supplements are designed to take with HRT, or without it. For any specific concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional.

  • 8. Are your products vegan or vegetarian?

Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians or vegans and others are not, depending on ingredients such as collagen. You’ll find clear dietary information on each product page, and you can always contact us if you’re unsure.

  • 9. Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship to many countries. If you are in the EU we will also sort, and pay for, your customs duties and documentation for you.

  • 10. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (depending on the time of day you order), and most UK deliveries arrive within 2–4 working but can be as little as next day - depending on the shipping option you choose. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

  • 11. What is your returns policy?

If a product arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we’ll put it right. For safety reasons we can’t accept returns of opened supplements, but we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues compassionately.

  • 12. Do you offer discounts?

We’re not a discount-heavy brand, but from time to time we offer quiet thank‑you treats such as free shipping weekends or small VIP gifts for loyal customers. The best way to hear about those is to join our email list.

  • 13. Can I speak to someone about my perimenopause experience?

Yes. While we can’t replace medical advice, we offer educational content and gentle mindset support around perimenopause and menopause. If you’d like more personalised guidance, you can join our email list or look out for workshops and programmes designed for women in their Renewal Years.

  • 14. Is Kate a qualified menopause specialist?

Kate is a perimenopause educator and midlife wellbeing coach with many years’ experience supporting women through this stage of life, but she is not your personal doctor. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, prescriptions and medical decisions.
