I do like the product so far. The only hang up I have with it is that Magnesium is supposed to be taken at night. I have taken a different tri-complex of magnesium previously and studies indicate magnesium to take at night time but this formula you can only take one capsule at a time up to 3 times a day so it is a bit harder to remember to take 3 a day spaced out.
