Our products are designed for women roughly 40–60 who are navigating perimenopause or menopause and want gentle, effective support for energy, sleep, mood, hormones, skin and joints.

3. Do I need to be officially diagnosed with perimenopause to use your products?
No. Many women use our products when they’re noticing changes in their cycle, sleep, mood or energy and simply suspect they’re in perimenopause. Everything is formulated to be supportive for midlife women, whether or not a doctor has used the word “perimenopause” yet.

4. Are your supplements safe to take with medication?
Generally they are, yes. However, everyone’s health picture is unique, so we always recommend checking any new supplement with your GP, pharmacist or menopause specialist, especially if you’re on prescription medication or have a medical condition. You can take our product labels or website pages to your appointment to make that conversation easier.

5. How do I know which product is right for me?
We always recommend starting with the perimenopause quiz available on our home page. Or, you could think about what feels loudest right now – for example, skin and joints, energy and focus, mood and anxiety, or sleep. Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians or vegans and others are not, depending on ingredients such as collagen. You’ll find clear dietary information on each product page, and you can always contact us if you’re unsure.

9. Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship to many countries. If you are in the EU we will also sort, and pay for, your customs duties and documentation for you.

10. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (depending on the time of day you order), and most UK deliveries arrive within 2–4 working but can be as little as next day - depending on the shipping option you choose. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

11. What is your returns policy?
If a product arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we’ll put it right. For safety reasons we can’t accept returns of opened supplements, but we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues compassionately.
