No. Many women use our products when they’re noticing changes in their cycle, sleep, mood or energy and simply suspect they’re in perimenopause. Everything is formulated to be supportive for midlife women, whether or not a doctor has used the word “perimenopause” yet.

4. Are your supplements safe to take with medication?
Generally they are, yes. However, everyone’s health picture is unique, so we always recommend checking any new supplement with your GP, pharmacist or menopause specialist, especially if you’re on prescription medication or have a medical condition.
