I put a spoonful in my yoghurt each morning with granola. It’s tasteless but feel the benefits of less achy finger joints. I know when I haven’t taken it as the pain returns. Great stuff that works!

I have been using this collagen powder for over 6 months and have found it has really helped with my menopause symptoms. It even seems to have helped with my achy joints! I use a milk frother and put some milk in with it. The subscription service is a brilliant idea. So I never run out.
