The Sugar Gremlin Journal

The Sugar Gremlin Journal is another way (along with the tracker) to help you understand your sugar cravings. Once you start to understand patterns in your gremlin's behaviour, triggers and idiosyncrasies, the journal asks you to look at the mindset behind the gremlin showing up (and also asks you to remember how you dealt with it, or neutralised those cravings).
